– SIM C: IDR 100 thousand
– SIM C I (for 250-500 cc motorbikes): Rp. 100 thousand
– SIM C II (for motorbikes over 500 cc): Rp. 100 thousand

Meanwhile, medical tests cost around IDR 35 thousand and psychological tests range from IDR 60 thousand to IDR 100 thousand.
Requirements for making SIM C
To apply for a SIM C, the applicant must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Minimum Age:
– SIM C: 17 years old
– SIM C I: 18 years old
– SIM C II: 19 years old
2. Administrative Documents:
– Photocopy and original of National Identity Card (KTP)
– Fill out the SIM registration form
– Driving education and training certificate from an accredited institution (maximum 6 months from issuance)
– Certificate of physical and mental health from the designated health facility
– BPJS Health is active
– Proof of PNBP payment
This requirement aims to ensure that the applicant has sufficient ability and condition to drive a motorized vehicle safely.
Procedure for making SIM C
The process of making a SIM C can be done offline at the Satpas and online at the Korlantas Polri application.For online procedures, practical exams must still be carried out offline at Satpas.
1. Offline at Satpas:
– Come directly to the nearest Satpas office with the required documents.
– Take medical tests and psychological tests at designated locations.
– Take driving theory and practical tests.
– After passing all stages, the SIM will be printed and handed over to the applicant.
2. Online via the National Police Traffic Corps Digital application:
– Download and register on the National Police Traffic Corps Digital application.
– Click the SIM menu then select SIM registration.
– Fill in data.
– Pay the SIM registration fee.
– Take the theory test online.
– After graduating, select a date to take the practical exam at the selected Satpas.
– Driver’s license can be taken after passing the practical exam.
